This uplifting and educational session will guide us through the key facts on tummy muscle recovery, no matter how long ago your pregnancy was. We'll learn how strength is achieved and how important specifically targeted work is in retraining your core.
The session will be roughly split into 3 sections: 1) intro and talk - 20mins, 2) mini pilates class / targeted exercises - 20 mins, 3) Q&A - 20 mins.
