First Aid Course

The First Aid courses are excellent value for money and are always held locally in another WTC member's house.  We have a maximum of 8 people for each course and plenty of time to cover the topics/ deal with any queries you may have. The course lasts for approximately 2.5 hours.

The topics covered are -

• Resuscitation
• Baby and child choking
• Baby and child fits/ febrile convulsions
• Burns and scalds
• Injury - finger amputation, spinal injury
• Minor illnesses: temperatures, diarrhoea and vomiting, croup

There will be an opportunity to practise practical elements and you will also receive a handout to take away for future reference. 

Costs are £35 per head.

Please note that we need a minimum of 5 people to run each event.
